Getting Baptized at TLBC
Taking the first steps.
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19 NKJV
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. It is a picture of the commitment you made in your heart to follow Jesus.
Baptism is a significant teaching in the Bible. Jesus Himself was baptized, and then He taught His followers to teach others and baptize them.
Your baptism is an opportunity for you to celebrate your faith and let others know that you are trusting Jesus for your salvation. While baptism does not save you, you will know that you have done what Jesus told His followers to do.
Anyone can get baptized at any point in their walk with Christ. Here at TLBC we hold baptisms on the Third Sunday of each month.
